Welcome to Heat Check (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Heat Check mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Heat Check, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

4. No Financial or Betting Advice

Heat Check provides sports insights and analytics for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not provide gambling, betting, or financial advice. Any actions you take based on Heat Check data are at your own risk. Always follow applicable laws and gamble responsibly where permitted.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Heat Check may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., sportsbooks, APIs, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.
